Finding the storefront

You're here because a leasing company you trust has a storefront on PoolCar. The storefront lives at the leasing company's subdomain — not on a generic marketplace.

A leasing company's own page

Storefronts live at addresses like `acmefleet.poolcar.work` — branded with the leasing company's name, logo, and colors. You're booking directly from them.

Browse the fleet

Vehicles are listed with photos, capacity, hourly rate, and operating hours. Filter by class — sedan, SUV, premium — to find what fits your trip.

Per-vehicle availability

Tap any vehicle to see its live availability calendar. The hours and days the vehicle is bookable are set by the leasing company.

Signing in

No password. No account creation forms. Just an email and a one-time code — the way logins should be.

Email one-time code

Enter your email and we send you a 6-digit code. Type it on the next screen and you're in. The code expires after a few minutes for security.

Built for one-off bookings

You don't need to create a profile or remember a password. A new code is issued each time you sign in.

Your account portal

Once you're in, head to /account to see every booking you've ever made on this storefront, with receipts and statuses.

Booking a vehicle

PoolCar's booking flow is built around real trips — pickup, dropoff, time, duration. You describe the trip; we suggest the right number of hours.

Pickup and dropoff

Pick the addresses on a map or type them with autocomplete. We resolve them to actual coordinates so the driver knows exactly where to go.

Pick your date and time

Choose when the trip starts. The vehicle's availability calendar shows what's open. The system blocks any time slot that's already booked.

One-way or return

For an evening event with a return drive, pick return. For a drop-off, pick one-way. The recommended hour count adjusts.

Pay with Paystack

See the full price — vehicle rate, service fee, processing — before you click pay. Cards, USSD, bank transfers all supported on Paystack hosted checkout.

Managing bookings

Plans change. The /account portal lets you check status, contact the leasing company, and request changes when needed.

My bookings

A list of every booking — upcoming, in progress, completed, cancelled. Tap any booking for full detail and the assigned driver's contact.

Status updates

Get email when payment confirms, when a driver is assigned, when the trip starts, and when it ends. No need to guess where things stand.

Receipts and invoices

Every booking generates a PDF receipt — with the leasing company's details, the trip, the payment, and any taxes. Download any time.

Reschedule or cancel

Need to move a booking? Contact the leasing company through the booking page. Cancellations and refunds depend on the leasing company's policy, which is shown at booking.
